The Allied Health Team, based in Bokarina, is a dedicated team of healthcare professionals with a strong focus on exercise physiology, and occupational and physiotherapy. It is a steadily growing business now with four locations on the Sunshine Coast. This growth has prompted the CEO to engage us for a strategic marketing plan, specifically honing in on recruitment, brand awareness and visual branding.
The strategic plan generated opportunities to expand the brand, to develop a stronger tone of voice and to establish a more consistent social media strategy. Further, we created a set of visual assets to be presented both on the Allied Health Team website and social media channels. Finally, we composed a set of recruitment copies to be displayed across various channels with the intent of creating a fresh, informal job ad that appeals to the potential applicants both for personal and professional reasons. The overall creative content was developed with the purpose of showcasing the various skill sets of the team, the equipment and treatment possibilities available, to familiarise the new audience with the brand, and to engage and communicate with existing audiences about the future direction of the brand.
